The architectural concept is defined by its situation. Frankfurt Airport is “pure Lufthansa”. It is an exceptionally well equipped location – but one that is also surrounded by noise and traffic. The aim was to create a communicative, healthy and interesting working atmosphere and also a landmark building that would be emblematic of Lufthansa.

The emblematic feature of the Lufthansa Aviation Center is the roof, which is shaped rather like a paraglider. Beneath it are nine gardens and ten office concourses.
